Orders over $250 ship free.
Paid orders go to the post office the night they're packed.
When your order ships
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed and matched to your order number. Shipped orders are dropped off at the post office that night and travel by USPS Priority Mail, usually about 4 days to arrive. You'll get an email, and an app alert if you've turned them on, when payment is confirmed and when your order ships with tracking.
Packaging
Peptides ship as a dry powder, so no cold pack is needed. Every order goes out in protective packaging to keep vials safe in transit.
Local pickup
Choose Local pickup at checkout. We'll text you the pickup details once your payment is confirmed.
All sales are final
Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final and we don't accept returns. If something about your order isn't right, contact us with your order number. Specific claims are reviewed one at a time, and any resolution is at the discretion of Pep Shop Texas.
