Four levels of membership
Silver
$1,500–$2,999.99
Eligible for Buy One, Get One offers with the complimentary product selected by Pep Shop Texas.
Gold
$3,000–$4,999.99
Eligible for Buy One, Get One offers with a choice of complimentary products from a designated reward selection, plus free standard shipping.
Diamond
$5,000+
All Gold benefits, plus complimentary bacteriostatic water with qualifying orders according to the schedule below.

Complimentary BOGO vials do not increase the number of paid vials counted. All rewards depend on eligibility, stock availability, and applicable restrictions.
How spending counts
Only the actual qualifying merchandise amount paid after discounts counts toward tier progress. Shipping, taxes, complimentary products, cancelled orders, and refunded amounts are excluded. For example, a vial normally priced at $100 but purchased at 50% off contributes $50 toward membership, not $100. Eligible purchases accumulate toward the listed thresholds.
Annual membership requalification

Once earned, a tier may be retained by meeting 50% of its original qualification threshold during the following membership year. A missed annual retention target results in a drop of no more than one tier per annual review. Membership-anniversary tracking and automatic annual reviews will begin when the rewards program is activated.
Frequently asked questions
Can I choose my free product on Silver?
No. Pep Shop Texas designates the complimentary product for Silver-tier offers. Gold and Diamond can choose from the eligible free-product selection associated with the offer.
Does every order automatically receive a BOGO reward?
No. Bronze members have no loyalty BOGO benefit. Higher-tier rewards depend on the promotion's terms and eligible product availability.
Do discounted products count at full price?
No. Only the net merchandise amount paid after eligible discounts counts toward membership.
